Why we publish our terms

Most suppliers make you send three emails before you find out the minimum order. That wastes your time and ours. Everything below is our standard position as a sourcing partner working with 20+ specialist factories across Zhuhai and Zhongshan — and every line is negotiable if your business needs something different.

Terms

Core Trade Terms

Price basis	FOB China (Zhuhai / Shenzhen), quoted in USD. EXW, CIF, DDP and other Incoterms available on request.
Minimum order	USD 10,000 mixed total per sea shipment · USD 2,000 mixed total per air shipment. Different models can be combined to reach the minimum.
Samples	Sample units are free. The buyer pays the courier cost only. No minimum quantity for sample orders shipped by air.
Lead time	2 weeks (under 3,000 pcs) · 3 weeks (3,000–10,000 pcs) · 4 weeks (10,000 pcs and above), ex-factory after order confirmation.
Payment methods	T/T bank transfer · Western Union · PayPal · Irrevocable L/C at sight (orders from USD 20,000) · credit terms reviewed case by case based on payment history.
Quality & warranty	Products are manufactured in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified factories. Confirmed defective goods are replaced 1:1 in the next shipment at no extra cost.
Packaging	Bulk packing · neutral white box · neutral color box · Chusi Print color box · your own brand OEM packaging.
Quotation validity	30 days from the quotation date.
Certifications	RoHS, CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 — view test reports.
Larger orders	More favourable pricing is available for high-volume or repeat programmes.

Lead time

Ex-factory Lead Time by Order Size

Under 3,000 pcs	2 weeks
3,000 – 10,000 pcs	3 weeks
10,000 pcs and above	4 weeks

Lead time counts from order confirmation (and deposit, where applicable) to goods leaving the factory. Sea or air transit time is additional and depends on destination. Mixed-SKU orders are confirmed per order.

Free Samples — Better Than Standard Trade Practice

Most factories in this industry charge for samples. We don't. Sample units are free of charge — you cover the courier cost so we can ship to your market for real-world testing.

Private Label & ODM Workflow

Requirement

You share target models, volumes, packaging artwork and any local compliance needs (language, barcode, labelling).

Factory Match

We assign the order to the graded specialist factory with the best yield history for that product family.

Approval Sample

Pre-production samples with your packaging are produced for sign-off before the bulk run starts.

Production & Audit

In-process inspection, print testing and a pre-shipment audit with batch traceability before loading.
