1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
Neither, exactly. Chusi Print is a sourcing and quality-control partner based in Zhuhai. We work with a graded network of 20+ specialist factories across Zhuhai and Zhongshan, each chosen for the single product family it does best. We match your order to the right line, run incoming, in-process and pre-shipment inspections, and stay accountable for the result. 2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
USD 10,000 mixed total per sea shipment, or USD 2,000 mixed total per air shipment. Different models can be combined to reach the minimum, so you never have to fill a container with a single SKU.
3. Can I get free samples before placing an order?
Yes. Sample units are free of charge — you only pay the courier cost, or you can ship on your own courier account. There is no minimum quantity for sample orders sent by air. We ship samples from the same specialist line that would produce your volume order, after final QC, so what you test is what you will receive.
4. How long does production take?
Ex-factory lead time is 2 weeks for orders under 3,000 pcs, 3 weeks for 3,000–10,000 pcs, and 4 weeks for 10,000 pcs and above. Lead time starts from order confirmation and deposit; sea or air transit time is additional and depends on destination.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal, and irrevocable L/C at sight for orders from USD 20,000. Credit terms can be reviewed for established customers based on payment history.
6. Can you supply private label or OEM packaging?
Yes. Five options: bulk packing, neutral white box, neutral color box, Chusi Print color box, or your own brand OEM packaging with your artwork, barcode and inserts. Pre-production approval samples are made before the bulk run starts. See the full OEM workflow.
7. How do you control quality, and what happens if there are defects?
Every order goes through incoming inspection of key components, print testing on target printers, and a pre-shipment audit with batch traceability. Partner factories are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, and we grade and re-audit them continuously. If a confirmed defect slips through, we replace the affected units 1:1 in your next shipment at no extra cost, and feed the failure mode back to the factory.
8. What certifications do your products have?
Products are manufactured in factories holding ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management-system certifications, and carry RoHS and CE conformity. Scanned certificates and test reports are available on request for customs clearance and distributor audits. View test reports.
9. Which markets do you serve?
We focus on North America, South Africa and Colombia / Latin America, working with local channel distributors and brand owners. We also open new lanes for committed buyers in other regions — most partners started with one country and one product family.
